Academy Courses: Residential - 4, 6 & 42 weeks
Our Elite Development Courses are designed for players who have already been through an Academy System or on a Professional or semi Professional standard. It often ends in heartbreak with little or no back- up plan to compensate. With RFC: it does not end there, we offer further development to regain your desire and potential to play Professional Football.

Our development Centres are designed to turn you and your raw talent into a gifted and complete Professional Footballer.
Integrated College/Academy Courses (42 weeks Residential)
Beginning "June 1st 2011" all Academy players attending a 42 week Residential course will attend local College Courses to gain extra education or simply to study for a hobby.
These courses will be approximately 10 to 12 hours per week in addition to your Academy Development. Registrations for the 42 week Academy must be completed and confirmed no later than "July 12th 2011".
