The overall concept of RFC is to support, educate and inspire each player to maximize their full potential through quality coaching sessions and development to provide the players with an opportunity to regain their confidence and over all... obtain successful exposure to professional clubs Nationally and Internationally. The RFC offers Football education incorporating unique physical, technical, tactical development which have been proven through many years of experience of our Coaches and Scouts giving analysis, evaluation and feedback, allowing the Academy to evolve through continued professional development.
Our Elite Development Courses are designed for players who have already been through an Academy System or on a Professional or semi Professional standard. With RFC: it does not end there, we offer further development to regain your desire and potential to play Professional Football.
